One year ago, Pharmalys launched the Pharmalys Academy of Clinical research Excellence (PACE), an innovative professional training programme aimed at bridging the gap between education and practical experience in clinical research.
Since then, PACE has continued to thrive as a transformative platform, equipping learners with the essential skills, industry insights, and real-world experience needed to excel in this critical field. Notably, 2024 saw the graduation of PACE’s first cohort, with 14 learners completing the programme. Among them, 9 have already joined Pharmalys as clinical research professionals, exemplifying PACE’s ability to transition education into impactful careers.
The programme addresses a pressing global need for highly skilled professionals in clinical research by combining robust theoretical knowledge with hands-on applications. Through PACE, participants not only gain a solid academic foundation but also develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical expertise that prepare them for meaningful contributions to clinical research worldwide.
In addition to the internship option, PACE also supports an apprenticeship programme for clinical research staff. This initiative underscores PACE’s commitment to building a qualified workforce, which is essential in the current context of rapid evolution in the clinical research sector. By fostering hands-on learning opportunities, the programme ensures participants are well prepared to meet the demands of an ever changing industry landscape.
